Membership forms may be submitted 1 of 3 ways:

1) Simply fill in the on-line application at the top of the page. Click here to read the Harbour City Bears Constitution.
2) HCB 2011-2012 Membership Form Adobe Acrobat PDF - Once downloaded, print it out, and mail it to the address on the document.
3) Pick up a Membership Form at Furry Friday Bar Night
Available before 11pm at Furry Friday Bar Nights from the Membership Table at the Oxford Hotel
